Instadigs app privacy policy

1. Who is responsible
Instadigs is being incorporated. Until then, the person responsible for the app's data is Enmanuel Henríquez Marte, in a personal capacity. You can contact him at info@instadigs.com. Once Instadigs is incorporated, the data will pass to the company, which will become responsible for it, and we will let you know. The data about your purchase (your client record, your unit, your payment plan, your payments, your contracts and your addendums) belongs to Larimar City, the developer you bought from, which is responsible for it: the app shows it to you on its behalf.
2. What data we process
Your account: your name, email and phone number as they appear in your client record, and the app's language. Your purchase, which Larimar City passes on to us: your unit, your payment plan and what you have paid, your documents and the construction progress. What you write or send in the app: messages, voice notes and photos in the chat with Aftersales; your comments and likes on the construction videos; your reviews of the projects and your rating of your advisor; and what you request through the app, such as a referral, a furniture package or a visit. During Tour Meet video calls the app uses the camera and microphone while you are in them, and only the audio is recorded. To notify you, we keep your phone's notification identifier. The app has no analytics or advertising tools and does not track what you do in other apps or websites.
3. What for
To give you access to your account and to your purchase information; so that Aftersales and your advisor can assist you; to send you the app's notifications (messages, payments and addendums); so that your advisor has a summary of what was said in the Tour Meet; and to keep the app secure. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
4. Legal basis
Your purchase relationship with Larimar City and the app service, which you request by using it. Our legitimate interest in keeping the app secure and in keeping a record of what was said in the Tour Meet, which you can object to by writing to us. And your consent for notifications, the camera and the microphone, which you give on your phone and can withdraw in its settings.
5. Who else sees it
Larimar City's Aftersales team and your advisor, who read and answer your messages. Other owners see your comments on the construction videos with your first name, and your project reviews are published on the Instadigs website with your first name. And the technical providers that run the app, which process the data on our behalf and cannot use it for anything else: hosting and databases, file storage, sending emails and notifications (Expo, Google and Apple), video calls (LiveKit), transcription of the video calls' audio with artificial intelligence (Groq) and payments (Stripe, which processes your card or bank details: we do not see them). Their servers are mainly in the United States.
6. How long
As long as you have the account. If you delete it, we immediately delete your chat messages, voice notes and photos, your comments, likes and reviews, your advisor rating and your login data. What you already requested through the app (a referral, a package or a visit) stays as part of your purchase, without your app data. The Tour Meet audio is kept while it is useful to assist with your purchase, and you can ask us to delete it at any time. What the law requires to be kept about your purchase is kept by Larimar City.
7. Deleting your account
In the app, under Profile › Settings › Delete my account. Without the app, at instadigs.com/en/eliminar-cuenta, with a code sent to your email. Or by writing to info@instadigs.com.
8. Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, take it with you or object to its use, by writing to info@instadigs.com. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
9. Minors
The app is for people who have bought at Larimar City, who are adults. It is not intended for minors.
10. Changes
If we change this policy, we will tell you in the app before it applies.
Community rules
1. Where they apply
In the comments on the construction videos and in the project reviews: what other people see.
2. What is not allowed
Insults, threats or harassment; sexual, violent or discriminatory content; other people's personal data; advertising or spam; and anything illegal.
3. Zero tolerance
Anything that breaks these rules is removed, and whoever breaks them may lose the ability to comment or access to the app.
4. Report and block
Every comment has «Report». We review it within 24 hours, and you stop seeing it as soon as you report it. You can also block a person so you don't see anything they write.
5. The filter
The app does not allow posting texts with offensive words.
