1. Who is responsible
Instadigs is being incorporated. Until then, the person responsible for the data on this waiting list is Enmanuel Henríquez Marte, in a personal capacity. You can contact him at info@instadigs.com. Once Instadigs is incorporated, the data will pass to the company, which will become responsible for it, and we will let you know.
2. What data we process
What you give us when you sign up: your email and your phone number with its country code. We also record the language of the page, the country you connect from (based on your connection), the page and the ad you came from, and the date and exact wording of the box you ticked.
3. What for
To let you know about the Instadigs launch and to write to you about it by email, phone or WhatsApp. We do not use it for anything else, we do not sell it and we do not hand it over to developers, real estate agencies or anyone else for their marketing.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by ticking the box. You can withdraw it at any time.
5. How long
Up to 12 months after the launch, or until you unsubscribe if that happens first. Then it is deleted.
6. Who else sees it
Only the technical providers that run the website: hosting and the database, with servers in the United States. They process the data on our behalf and cannot use it for anything else.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, take it with you or object to its use, and unsubscribe, by writing to info@instadigs.com. If you think we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
